Health & Safety

The health and safety of our employees is our top priority. We prioritise a culture of safety and our goal is ‘Zero Harm’. We maintain the highest possible global safety standards, using Lost Time Cases (LTC) and Total Recordable Incident Rates (TRIR) as key benchmarks.

2026 priorities

Glanbia sites are operated under the Glanbia Risk Management System (GRMS). Using industry best practice, guidelines and standards, the GRMS has been developed as an approach to deliver zero fatalities or life-changing/critical injuries across our business.

We established an Environment Health and Safety (EHS) centre of excellence to streamline the governance of our EHS standards and provide centralised support to the EHS leadership team in delivering their programmes.
