Glanbia plc offers our shareholders the facility to receive documents electronically, via the internet rather than through the post. At the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held in 2008, shareholders approved a resolution that allows the Company to send or supply all communications with a shareholder, including notices of meetings, circulars, financial statements, other documents and information ("Communications") to shareholders in electronic form, including via the Company's website, rather than sending documents or information by post.
The benefit of communicating electronically is that it helps the environment by significantly reducing the amount of paper used to communicate with shareholders and, thereby, reduces associated printing, mailing and distribution costs for the Company.
Our shareholders may continue, if they choose to do so, to receive communications in traditional paper form by post.
Registering for electronic communication is very straight forward and is done via a secure 'internet-based' platform provided by Computershare Investors Services (Ireland) Limited, our Registrar. Simply click on the link below which brings you directly to our Registrar’s website.
