Our role

Glanbia’s Procurement teams currently manage a global spend in excess of €1.5 billion, supporting business units based in Europe, North America, Asia and across the globe. Our Procurement teams deliver business continuity by building long term relationships with suppliers of quality goods and services, ethically sourced via sustainable supply chains, supporting Glanbia's growth and innovation ambitions.

Who we are

There are dedicated procurement teams in place to support each of Glanbia’s business units. These teams manage procurement activities locally while certain categories of spend are managed on a global basis, for example, IT. Glanbia’s procurement teams work closely with key stakeholders to manage activities in the areas of supplier selection, contract negotiation and supplier performance. A key objective of Glanbia’s procurement teams is to collaborate regionally and globally when the organisation’s scale can be leveraged to achieve commercial benefit.
