Water in our operations
Our target is to reduce freshwater use by 10% by 2025 against a 2021 baseline. In 2024, on a like-for-like basis, freshwater usage remained below baseline. We will continue focusing on water efficiency and recovery to support meeting our target reduction. We have a dedicated team focused on implementing the most effective projects, driven by on-site assessments.

In 2025, informed by the World Resources Institute Aqueduct assessments, we will maintain rigorous scrutiny at our most critical sites to identify future watersaving opportunities.
