Responsible procurement
Our responsible procurement programme integrates sustainability into our procurement processes. Our Global Procurement Policy is reviewed and updated regularly taking into account changes relating to responsible procurement and ethical trading requirements. We partner with The Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply to provide ethical procurement and supply course across ESG topics to our team.
Working with EcoVadis
We partner with Ecovadis, a global trusted provider of business sustainability ratings and tools to assess our suppliers for ESG and related procurement risks. EcoVadis helps us measure the quality of our ESG management system through our policies, actions and results. In 2024 95% of total spend was risk assessed.
Responsible sourcing & human rights
Our suppliers must be compliant with all human rights, labour and health and safety regulations. We monitor our supply chain for signs of slavery, human trafficking and other breaches of human rights, and encourage all our employees to speak up and report their concerns.
