We established our global employee resource groups and updated our talent acquisition practices to ensure more diverse candidate pools and invested in inclusive leadership capability for our people. We want to ensure that our people feel they can bring their authentic selves to work. We continue to focus on improving representation across all parts of our business in 2025 and beyond.
Our strategy
At Glanbia, respect is a cornerstone of our values, behaviours and culture. We strive to develop a more inclusive work environment and to build awareness at all levels of the organisation. Our strategy helps us create a workplace that is inclusive and supportive of all employees.
Employee Resource Groups
Our network of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) has continued to scale and we currently have more than 1000 members across our Glanbia groups. The ERGs create connected communities of support, while helping the business better understand our diverse communities’ perspectives and concerns.
