Glanbia Performance Nutrition’s flagship sports nutrition brand - Optimum Nutrition has recently launched a brand new look for its protein, pre-work-out and general health products with packaging graphics that better reflect the quality and great taste of our premium products.

The new look for one of the world’s top sports nutrition brands will help active individuals looking to improve their physical performance, and help them to better understand the brand’s products and how they support their goals.

The packaging refresh focused on improving consumer understanding of the benefits and flavours of the products and in turn enriching the brand. Important on-pack callouts were added that clearly explain the features and benefits of each product.

The flavor of the bar is placed horizontally on the front on the packaging to make it easier for shoppers to instantly find their favourite bar. The size of the Optimum Nutrition logo and words were increased and packaging materials were updated and modernized.  

Consumers were consulted regularly throughout the design process, to ensure the new look and feel of the products made it easier for them to choose the right product for their performance goals.  

Optimum Nutrition began shipping into the US market in Q4 of 2019, with the successful roll out continuing globally throughout 2020.
