Today Glanbia plc announces that it has completed the sale of its 40% holding in Glanbia Ireland to Glanbia Co-operative Society Limited, having received the necessary regulatory approval earlier this week.
Glanbia announced its intention to sell its holding in GIanbia Ireland to Glanbia Co-op for €307 million on 10th November 2021. The transaction was approved by independent shareholders of the plc at an EGM held on 25th February.
