Today we publish our Gender Pay Gap Report Ireland 2023. Companies in Ireland with more than 250 employees are required to report their findings on the gender pay gap in their organisation. The scope of the Glanbia report is limited to our Corporate and Business Services employees based in Ireland.
What is the gender pay gap?
The gender pay gap is a measure of the difference in the average pay of men and women across a workforce. It compares the pay of all working men and women; not just those in similar jobs, with similar working patterns or with similar competencies, qualifications or experience.
