As part of our commitment to transparency and disclosure Glanbia is committed to reporting on gender pay.  In 2022, companies in Ireland with more than 250 employees are required to report their findings on the hourly gender pay gap in their organisation. Today we are publishing the report for Glanbia Corporate & GBS employees in Ireland.

What is the Gender Pay Gap?

The gender pay gap is a measure of the difference in the average hourly wage of men and women across a workforce. It compares the pay of all working men and all working women in the organisation; not just those in similar jobs with similar working pattern or with similar competencies, qualifications or experience.
