At Glanbia, we proudly support Black History Month in the US this February. This month provides us with an opportunity to thank all of our Black employees at Glanbia for their contributions. In 2023 the theme for Black History Month is 'Black Resistance' - remembering the resistance of Black Americans to repression and discrimination. As Black History Month winds down, we are sharing contributions from our employees on what Black History Month means to them and why they believe it is important to mark this occasion. For our UK based employees, Black History Month is marked in October.

Watch Iesha Queen - Commercial Director East at Glanbia NutritionalsSayo Sogbesan - Head of Strategy at Glanbia Performance Nutrition and LeTrina Lewis - Accountant at Glanbia Performance Nutrition, explain why they think this is an important occasion to remember.

Our employees featured in this spotlight believe that we need to continue to drive diversity and inclusion and in doing so, highlight African American contributions to American history - not just in February but throughout the year.
