I am a Formulation Scientist Manager and responsible for the area “Standard Customer Services”.
I am responsible for organizing and coordinating formulation and other customer standard services around nutrient premixes. I establish communication structure with sales and measure service to customers. I also initiate continuous service improvement, expand the standard service offerings and provide guidance to formulators, to sales representatives and to customers.

What inspires or motivates you every day?
Our great R&D team at Orsingen. We are working very closely together with trust and respect and we are always ready to help and support each other in a good atmosphere. Every day is different, and it is a constant adventure. I have been working for Glanbia for 10 years now and I am always learning something. It has never been boring! The variety of my job also motivates me.
