Waste reduction in our operations
Glanbia is committed to continuous waste reduction and diversion from landfill and incineration across our production and warehousing sites. Our 2025 target set an ambition to achieve TRUE Zero Waste Certification at all manufacturing sites within our operational control. 94% of these sites achieved TRUE certification, narrowly missing our target. We are committed to food waste prevention through resource efficiency and circularity.
2026 priorities
In 2026, we will continue our focus on plans to achieve the required standard at our remaining manufacturing facilities, with the goal of establishing a new TRUE certification target for these sites during the year.
